Preschooler (3-4 Years)
Expressing unique creative ideas and talents
A preschooler's world opens up in new ways as children improve coordination, learn complex games, and begin to interact more with others. Children learn by doing, and at Petite Academie Centrale, your preschooler will strengthen his or her cognitive skills with plenty of hands-on activities.
Our curriculum is organized into theme-based units that address complex topics that encourage children to develop their skills and confidence. Each unit incorporates language, math, science, creative arts, music, motor skills and social development.

Your Preschooler's Day
Our Preschool program provides a rich classroom environment where children are encouraged to explore and are challenged to learn. Your preschooler will make new friends and develop self- confidence as he or she strengthens cognitive skills. Watch your child demonstrate new learning, and flourish in our stimulating classroom environment-while having fun!
Language and Literacy Dimension
We introduce high-quality children's literature to promote a love of reading. Our daily activities develop reading and writing skills and introduce important literacy concepts.
Cognitive Dimension
Children are introduced to the rich world of numbers, including sorting, grouping, and counting, as well as more advanced math skills.
Social and Moral Dimension
Group time allows your child to talk, listen, share, take turns, cooperate, interact with friends, and learn the value of giving and receiving feedback. Positive reinforcement helps children realize the importance of being a team player and refines skills needed to flourish in a classroom environment.
Creativity and Imagination
Dramatic play, music and art activities give every child the opportunity to showcase their abundant creativity. We encourage all children to express their ideas in order to help build confidence, independence and imagination.
Physical Dimension
Our experienced educators work with children to develop their large motor skills-running, jumping, throwing and kicking-and practice coordination skills, such as writing, drawing, cutting and other activities.
